Penzanvce Winter Scene

So pleased to have something finished on a Friday especially as the weather is so bad and doesn`t help me to get inspired. Well done me. Pat yourself on the back Al and go and have a swim in the pool.

Two oils

I am working on these oils. Using paler colours as it is winter and trying to work it out. Its a bit of a struggle I have to admit .its always difficult when I try something new.This time I am using more impasto whites to give texture. I have been out drawing and this is helping. I need to do more of this.

Very pleased with the way this Oil of Porthleven is coming along. I have had it kicking around for a while now and have reshaped it especially the Clock Tower.

Nearly done me thinks.
