Had a great morning at Falmouth. Now in studio.

St Mawes

I had an appointment at the Hospital today so nipped past St Mawes on the way back to do this.

Looe

I parked on the west side of Looe Harbour and caught the little ferry over to the east side. It was a bit misty when I started and it took a little while for me to unwind and relax into it but it finally came and was pleased with what I did. I could not get another one done as the light really had changed so I caught the ferry back sat and had a cup of tea and a sandwich and headed home.

Had a great day in Looe today. It started with grey clouds and then some rain but then the sun came out along with millions of super holiday makers catching crabs and sun rays on the beach.

Every time I go to Penberth I am conscious of just how much information there is to get in in so little time. The rocks the boats the house and the foreground all need lots of time but I did it. Just ! 

Marazion

I have spent the last 2 days in the studio working on this 30x40 inch version of the Plein air painting I have just done. I kept the people out of this as to me it was a distraction.

Again I started late so I went somewhere local. I had a great time it always seems so different.
