Well I`ve got this far and realize the Island or hill is all wrong and needs changing. Even with artistic licence it needs work.

Friday  21st March am

Tower Bridge. ..I started this last night but gave it up .Then this morning I decided to not give up.

So , a good decision. Again very playful acrylic on paper.

This is now a project.

To go through all my prints on my web site and refresh my stock. 

Quite a task.

Another good start

Oh! Yes......Yes Yes Yes.... Gone back to basics and working in acrylic on paper. 

Working on a Sunday and will be putting in some Gondolas next.

Had a brain wave. Ive gone back to acrylic today  and have just spent a few hours in the studio doing this. I did this because I`ve been frustrated at how long the oils are taking to dry and I have these ideas I want to work through fast and as acrylic dries so fast it allows me to get on with it. 

Acrylic is great for this and the colour so much brighter.I`m stretching paper for this rather than canvas and I must say it`s all  very liberating ........

Chipping away at this. 

Think I have been a bit cautious with this. Probably due to my recent illness and the steroids that I am still on. I like what I`m doing  but i can see as i move forward i can be more adventurous.  Colour is good though

Started this London Eye painting today. See how I am taking the sunset theme from previous paintings. Even the ones that don`t work have merit in what you can take from them. 

A famous line. Painting teaches you more about failure than success. 

That's a very adult way of seeing it because its the failures that teach you to be successful

Monday Morning start..

And now it has warmed up I  I have moved  everything out of the spare room and  moved back into my Studio.. Whooopee!  

You get good days and bad days. To me this is a bad day. 

And finally for today a start of a London painting. My intention for this is to keep it light  with lots of day light pale sun.

And I have this one on the boil as well.....

The Cats have been roughly put in . Leave to dry a little before I  do some more. 

Coming on very nicely now.....

And this is looking very promising.   You see from trying something different and experimenting new shoots appear. 

I`ve been working on this new version of Kiffs Kats for a while now,,and I note that the previous version is stronger in colour.
