Lorraine my wife said it looks like she`s going to an execution.So have lifted the mouth and opened the eye`s. Ah! Such encouragement!!!

Well here is the oil so far. Trying to keep it simple. Muted colours with a little bit  of colour..

The oil is taking time so I`m not showing that yet. It`s become a little heavy. So I`ve started this little acrylic to lighten things up.  You can see how I put my figures in . Just plop them in at first.Two more days I imagine should do it. This is a Commission for one of our Salsa Friends.

I just need to sort the cat out on the left and I`ll leave it for a while. It is a heavy subject. I could never send this to a Gallery. Might be a nice card or print for my Christian friends if they aint to picky about cats lying down with the sheep!! Or Naked Angels with high heels on.

I have had this massive 30x40 inch Last Supper in my studio for a year now unable to finish it. There was lots of complicated builldings and landscape where the sky and the angels are. As you can see I`ve torn all that up for the angels in a flurry of destructive energy.
This is very strange as I have had a period of not going to Church  .
I still find this subject endlessly fascinating. The belief in something `other` is still strong in me.

I`m going to work on this.............

I have started a new Venture to promote and sell Naive Art below is the Logo. I am having it made by Marcus a highly respected Web Designer in Cornwall.

I was doing the web site myself but realized it needed a Professional as I was spending ALL my time on the computer fixing errors.

There will be a  Launch in the Spring .

  All my Artists will be hand picked so they really are the best Naive and Primitive style Artists in the UK

Session 2. Learning as I go along. It`s the only way. I just can`t seem to take in information unless I do it myself through trial and error. I`ve tried looking at U tube to see how skin tones are done but it just takes me away.

This little thing just popped out. not sure what to do with it yet but I like the muted tone and general feel so far. .It`s Naive .Its nude .good start
