Ive made a number of starts and here is one of them, I don't know if I like it. The path should be in a straight line and it veers and there is a lot of yellow and green. Will continue

Not done yet. But this oil  is coming on. Its one of my wild and free expressions, a bit primitive but works..

Detail ans bits and pieces next and live with it so time tells me what to do next.

Well 3 hrs later I can see it doesn`t work so got to find a way to make the two views work

Been working on this Spanish Landscape. This is the 3rd day. Not sure about the line at the bottom Mid left there is some superb work. Its a very oily affair ,glossy and sumptous

I`m really loving this commission for laura. Although I may change the colour of the Sun. I`ve worked a bit more on the sunflowers and that little extra really paid off. I can still do a bit more too. Theres also a bit of landscape on the left  middle I may change. 

We`ll I`m not going to crack open the Champagne just yet with this . The Boat and Sea are far too light however there really are some great bits of painting in this.  Its really looking good. 

Getting closer to finishing but not done yet.

Day 3 Ooh its gotten a bit darker........ emmmm!

Day 2 of this . Its unorganised at present so needs time . But these are the general colours.

Started a new one today. I swear to God if I can get through this life without making painting an intelectual exercise but rather a joyful expression like a child I would have succeeded.

Apart from the red sun which will have to dry now before i can repaint it back to green its nearly done.

one more sitting should do it. 

Just managed to get 2 hrs on this today doing the hills, orange trees and the shaded shadow on the left.

Been in the studio twice and disliked the shape and the way the painting has progressed . The town is being reshaped to be a little smaller and the distant orange groves re done. Orange trees yet to come and refined so not so rough. I can now see it is different from the others and is starting to look good.The yellow sunflowers were dampened with a little yellow ochre. There is still a way to go but when its done it`ll be worth a few bob.
